Data protection

Customer prompts, outputs, and attachments are not used to train our models. Prompts and responses are processed transiently and are not stored. Operational metadata is retained for billing, security, and reliability. Optional features may have separate storage behavior. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, security monitoring, and vulnerability management to protect customer data. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for data-handling terms.

Security assessments

Our latest independent penetration test was completed in October 2026. The attestation is public in our Trust Center. Select Request access for the detailed report and other restricted documents. Access requires an NDA and approval.

Enterprise requirements
