Open Console → Decisions to review policy checks. Filter by time, project, outcome, check status, or direction. Search by request ID, decision ID, or policy. Each decision shows whether traffic was Allowed or Blocked, whether checks were Complete, Partial, or Failed, and the result for each evaluated policy. A Monitor match is recorded but does not block traffic. A Block match prevents a request from reaching the model or withholds a generated response. For a customer-policy check, use the request ID from an API error to find the related decision. If a check failed, review its status separately from the overall outcome: an allowed request can still have a failed Monitor check.
