# Review policy decisions

> Inspect policy matches, blocks, and evaluation failures in Console.

Open [Console → Decisions](https://abliteration.ai/console/policies/decisions) to review policy checks. Filter by time, project, outcome, check status, or direction. Search by request ID, decision ID, or policy.

Each decision shows whether traffic was **Allowed** or **Blocked**, whether checks were **Complete**, **Partial**, or **Failed**, and the result for each evaluated policy. A Monitor match is recorded but does not block traffic. A Block match prevents a request from reaching the model or withholds a generated response.

For a customer-policy check, use the request ID from an API error to find the related decision. If a check failed, review its status separately from the overall outcome: an allowed request can still have a failed Monitor check.
